AVEVA opens new office in Brazil

AVEVA (LSE:AVV), the leading supplier of engineering IT systems for the plant and marine industries, is proud to announce a major expansion of its presence in the Latin American region. AVEVA do Brazil is officially open and operating an office in Rio de Janeiro. This new office will immediately begin providing premium product solutions and service support country wide.
AVEVA's commitment to Latin American customers is well recognized in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, Columbia, Argentina and Peru. The Company has opened this office to better serve its growing customer base in Brazil, and looks forward to expanded delivery of its world-class technology and support that is relied upon by many regional companies, including the major Brazilian energy company. The office in Rio is strategically located, providing easy access to customers, as well as to most of the engineering contractors serving the oil and gas market.
AVEVA has reported a GBP 127 million in revenues in the last fiscal year.
