Lennart Olsson Director of Global Sales, at AVEVA, Retires
8 December 2008AVEVA (LSE: AVV), the leading supplier of engineering IT systems for the plant and marine industries, today announced that, early in 2009, Mr Lennart Olsson, AVEVA's Director of Global Sales, will be retiring from AVEVA.
Having joined AVEVA at the time of the successful Tribon acquisition, Lennart has led the Sales organisation to achieve outstanding results for the Company, and in particular has been instrumental in leading the ambitious growth strategy over the last few years.
The Company's sales regions have become strong business units under Lennart's leadership, and are now well placed to continue with the drive and commitment that Lennart has relentlessly encouraged.
