AVEVA has enjoyed a long association with the Pulp & Paper industry, having worked closely with all five of the top companies in the field, including the world's biggest paper mill. The 700,000 tonne/year Arauco Valdivia project in Chile was recently executed as a global engineering project using AVEVA products.

AVEVA products have also been used to create as-built models of existing facilities – vital in an industry where refit and retrofit work must be commissioned within very tight timescales to minimise disruption to production.
