How we hire
We look for creative, committed people, from all sorts of backgrounds, who believe in a more sustainable future.
Our work is varied and inspiring – and our people are, too. Our recruitment process is designed to help us understand what drives you, and to give you the opportunity to find out more about us.
- Step one. When you apply for a role, we’ll look initially at your CV/ resume and cover letter. We may also contact you to discuss your interest in the role.
- Step two. We create a shortlist of candidates and invite them to go forward to interview stage. If you are on our shortlist, you’ll probably be asked to take part in three separate interviews. This gives us a chance to explore your suitability for different aspects of the role.
- Step three. Following the interviews, we will either give you feedback about why we’re not offering you the job, or we will offer you the job!
- Step four. If we make you an offer, we will also make a standard request for proof of your eligibility to work and other required documents.
