Using PI AF Analytics to create a more efficient and optimized Wastewater Treatment Plant

Metro Wastewater Reclamation District is composed of 3 wastewater treatment plants. With over 25000 PI server data points that can originate from plant processes, laboratory data, or even stream data, we’ve developed data analytical tools to help convert many of our users from cumbersome spreadsheet based analysis to a more streamlined, efficient method of data analytics through PI AF and AF Analytics. And finally, a more powerful experience of viewing the data through PI Vision, with well thought out, detailed displays that tells more of a holistic view of processes.
