Joe Puglisi, Project Manager, Burns & McDonnell As a mechanical engineer, Joe has been involved in EPC project execution for over 15 years with Burns & Mac. He started his career designing power plants and aircraft assembly plants before moving to oil & gas projects. Joe managed the mechanical engineering department and then transitioned to project management. He now leads software initiative development for the Oil, Gas, & Chemical Global Practice, focusing on making project execution safer, quicker, and more sustainable. Joe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri.
