Using Event Frames to Drive Next Generation Process Management
The Operations team at Eastman Chemical wanted to bring actionable process alerts into a single management system. Utilizing Asset Framework Analytics and Event Frames, they set up monitoring status analytics and Event Frame templates referencing a table of limits to monitor the process, identify significant events, notify and drive action with a streamlined, modular process for disparate chemical processes. Results are sent to PI Vision and Power BI for event management. Finally, we implemented a management system, expectations and cadence to drive accountability.
