ADM: IIoT, Machine Learning and PI System
ADM has been a PI System EA user for many years transforming process data into into information for all levels in the company. Today ADM has many assets that can not use our DCS to collect, process and integrate edge data with PI including grain silos, lab equipment, infrared cameras, near infrared sensors, and high-fidelity vibration sensors. Using Dianomic's FogLAMP IIoT platform, ADM has been able to integrate, scale and manage all of these assets with the PI System. And, most exciting, we have successfully implemented edge ML for centrifuge operations vastly improving OEE and safety. ADM is now formalizing its machine learning operation/organization (MLOps) and Edge MLOps systems to deploy on many new machines and machine types using Dianomic and AVEVA.
