Ruud has 15 years of experience in the reliability consulting and industrial software space. His specialization is developing an APM Strategy and business cases for implementing broad asset management framework solutions that impact People, Processes and Technology. Working with many global customers in a wide variety of asset intensive industries, he noticed that companies invest heavily in cutting edge technology, but that the impact of technology on people and processes is many times not well understood. This can lead to poor adoption and disappointing results of large technology deployments. Being born and raised in the Netherlands, Ruud moved to Houston, TX in 2017 to support customers in the Americas. On a personal level, he s very much enjoying the Texas life style of watching football games, frequenting BBQ restaurants and going to the rodeo.
