Julien de Beer currently holds the position of Vice President, Engineering & Design Business at AVEVA. He is responsible for the Strategy and P&L for AVEVA s Engineering & Design Business. Julien joined AVEVA in 2003 and within his tenure at AVEVA, he has helped grow and develop AVEVA s Engineering and Project Execution solutions and processes in various roles, mainly Business Development and Portfolio Management. Julien is a Mechanical Engineer by education and worked for about 8 years with mechanical engineering analysis and design solutions prior to joining AVEVA.

Rick Standish

Rick joined AVEVA in 2013 and is responsible for the Engineering Information Management Business Unit at AVEVA including the Data Aggregation and Visualisation products. Rick has 30 years experience of delivering actionable intelligence from life cycle information and engineering design solutions across a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Power, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace & Defence and is engaged with multiple digital transformation initiatives with Oil and Gas Supermajors. Rick holds bachelor degrees in Electronic and Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Robotics from Loughborough University in the UK.

Lee Tedstone

Lee Tedstone is Global Vice President leading the Procurement and Construction business at AVEVA. He holds an Master s Degree in Engineering from Queens University in Belfast, N. Ireland and has been involved in numerous engineering and capital projects over the past 20 years in executive leadership, sales and marketing, strategy, and technical roles. Lee is responsible for defining the Procure, Construct and Handover Portfolio strategy to help EPC s and Owners in the industrial plant and marine sectors to drive efficiency through use of technology in the capital project part of the Asset Lifecycle. Lee is a passionate technologist currently focused on its practical application for finding project efficiencies, and leads a team directly involved in technology utilization on over 70 projects globally for both major owners and contractors alike.
