Derek Endres
Derek Endres is a Sr. Manager of the Product Readiness Guild at AVEVA. The Product Readiness Guild focuses on technically supporting our customers and partners during their adoption of AVEVA s latest products and offerings. Derek joined OSIsoft in 2011 and has previously held roles of Tech Support Escalation Engineer, Sr. Software Developer, and Research Software Engineer. Derek holds a Bachelor s and Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University.

Laurent Garrigues
Laurent Garrigues has been working for AVEVA since 2000, starting in the field service and training teams out of the Montreal office. He transitioned to the Product Management team in 2007 and has since been responsible for PI AF, PI Server, and PI Notifications products. Since 2012, he is managing different offerings part of the AVEVA Cloud Platform. He holds an MSc in Physical Oceanography from the University of Toulon, France, and a PhD in Applied Statistics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
