This technical paper describes how GLWA leverages OSI PI tools to monitor, control and optimize the wastewater collection system. Listed below are the tools used to manage the wastewater system: 1. Wet Weather Operations Map: Real-time integration of OSI PI data with ESRI map to inform operators and management o 2. Alerts and Alarms: Notify operators and engineers when uncontrolled discharges are about to happen. 3. Real-time Dashboards: Real-time dashboard within and outside of organization for co-ordination of operations 4. Identification of Capacity Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) and related system performance issues that could be addressed through Asset Management or Capital Improvement Programs
