Renewable Diesel Process Synthesis and Optimization using AVEVA PRO/II Simulation 2020 at ExxonMobil
This presentation will be discussing how Process Synthesis principles along with the simulation and optimization capabilities of ProII were used to develop the new Renewable Diesel process. In particular, this presentation will discuss the need for lower emission fuels and how the new process was developed. Renewable Diesel has become one of the pathways for the production of lower emission fuels. The new process was developed using the tools and techniques of process integration, pinch technology along with the Pro II simulation & optimization capabilities.
