Arthur (Casey) Nettles is a Florida native born and raised in east central Florida. He has over 32 years experience in advanced water and wastewater treatment plant operations and management with the last 23 years being at JEA. His current role at JEA is manager over the water wastewater systems asset management, standards and innovation departments. Casey holds a class A treatment plant operations license and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
