Kruger: Using AVEVA PI Vision to display a profile view of a sheet
A profile view is an important indicator of quality in the pulp and paper industry. The scanned values are so precise that they reach the scale of micron. Any small changes can quickly affect the range of the current profile. To be accurate and valuable, this profile view must narrow the scale to present as much detail as possible. As an example, changing a grade of product greatly impacts the scale of a display.
