Hakan Mandali is the COO, CTO and Country Board Member of BSH Türkiye. A graduate of Uludag University’s Electronics Engineering Department, he joined BSH Türkiye in 1997 in Refrigerator Product Development. Over his career, he has held leadership roles across R&D, project management, factory operations and digital transformation in multiple countries. He currently leads BSH Türkiye’s R&D, innovation, supply chain, quality and factory operations, overseeing five factories, one logistics center and a major global R&D hub.
