In 2026, she was appointed Head of Processes, Development, Safety, and Environmental Permits for the operational functions of sewer networks and wastewater treatment. In this role, she oversees process performance, drives innovation initiatives, and ensures full regulatory compliance across operations.

In late 2008 the first instance of PI was implemented with 1 Data Archive and 1 interface in the Water Services. The current PI system has transformed into 3 on prem PI systems across 4 utilties services, with 100's of interfaces, many AF databases and almost a thousand PI Vision Displays. Power and Water is a small utility that manages assets across a wide expanse with unique environmental challenges.
