Caspar Herzberg
Caspar Herzberg has been the Chief Executive Officer of AVEVA since March 2023 and is a member of the Schneider Electric Executive Committee. Before becoming CEO, he served as AVEVA’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. He previously led Schneider Electric’s business in more than 80 countries as President, Middle East & Africa, and has spent more than 25 years in the technology industry, including senior leadership positions at Cisco and Accenture. He is also an experienced military officer, having achieved the rank of major in the German Federal Armed Forces.
