Transforming Project Delivery with AVEVA Asset lifecycle management and Data validation

Projects move fast, but deliverables often lag - documents, drawings, and data get duplicated, reissued, and hard to trust. This session shares AVEVA’s Asset lifecycle management vision for managing asset information across the full lifecycle, from design and commissioning through operations and decommissioning. Learn about the latest AVEVA Deliverables Management enhancements, including automated data validation to catch issues earlier, improve data quality, and deliver reliable handovers. With traceability and audit readiness built in, it’s especially relevant for highly regulated industries.  The session will close with a look at the ALM roadmap - including future capabilities for change, requirements, configuration, and bill of materials management.

Christopher Cran

Chris Cran is currently the Programme Director of Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) at AVEVA. Chris has been building successful industrial software products for longer than he is likely to admit. He does freely admit to being a little obsessed with helping customers achieve their desired outcomes. This is especially true when using the growing data we have at our disposal to optimise the industrial assets that will shape our future. In earlier roles at AVEVA, Chris launched AVEVA Engage and AVEVA ISM, and was responsible for the successful transition of AVEVA AIM from On-Premises to a Cloud SaaS offering. Before joining AVEVA Chris worked for Emerson Process Management. There he managed and optimised the data for metering and instrumentation systems in the energy sector. He has first-hand experience of the challenges in ALM, particularly in the areas of commissioning, maintenance, and operational optimisation
