He has extensive experience from industrial IT, OT, automation and digital transformation in process industry. His work focuses on connecting engineering, automation, MES, lifecycle information and industrial data to enable traceability, operational performance and AI-ready factories.

Solveig Steinsland
Solveig is from Norway and holds an MSc in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU. She is the Head of Automation & Electro at AFRY Industry Norway and has previous experience at Vianode, Elkem, Saint-Gobain, MacGregor and GE Healthcare. Solveig serves on the Research Council of Norway’s Portfolio Board for Enabling Technologies and is active in the Eyde Cluster. In 2024 she contributed to the Process 21 report, advising the Norwegian government on digitalization. She also serves on the Norwegian Board of Technology (Teknologirådet).
