This Lighthouse Project applies AI at the shopfloor using AVEVA Advanced Analytics and CONNECT data services to optimise sawblade lifetime and material outcomes. By analysing signals like current, power, and momentum, it detects early blade wear. An interactive approach identifies key predictors and turns them into actionable insights, delivered via a simple SCADA traffic-light indicator—enabling smarter blade changes, reducing scrap, and improving quality.
