Women in Motorsport Fireside chat with Porsche Formula E driver Gabriela Jilkova and Nico Muller

Motorsport has long been a male-dominated industry, but women are increasingly shaping its future. In this inspiring fireside conversation with Porsche drivers competing in Formula E, we explore their personal journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, and how the industry is evolving. The discussion will also examine how lessons from motorsport such as innovation, resilience, and high-performance teamwork can help accelerate inclusion and progress across the industrial intelligence community.
