An AVEVA technical expert will help improve the performance of AVEVA applications, evaluating and providing recommendations to resolve any existing IT/OT problem(s) across the deployed system that may impact runtime reliability, usability, safety and security, resulting in increased production yield and revenue.
AVEVA consultants will work closely with the solution owner, stakeholders, and key end-users to discuss a site’s specific challenges and implementation of best practices to further improve system performance.
Engagement deliverables
The system health report will include recommendations on how best to correct current issues and address future demands on the system. These recommendations include, but are not limited to, configuration changes, communication of best practices, architectural changes, and adoption of new technologies.
