Engagement deliverables
As-is architecture assessment report
This report will provide a detailed assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing solution architecture. The report will also include strategic recommendations for improvements to the existing architecture, identified risks, and readiness for future scalability needs.
Benefits
- Regular evaluations will ensure that the solution remains aligned with the evolving strategic goals and business objectives; they will also help maintain optimal solution functionality by proactively mitigating potential risks, performance, and scalability issues.
- By ensuring the solution architecture aligns with AVEVA’s best practices, the report provides a solid foundation for planning upgrades, expansions, and other digital initiatives so that the architecture remains robust and future ready.
Recommended frequency
Annually, or as needed for major updates to the existing solution
It is recommended to conduct an architecture assessment before initiating significant upgrades or on an as-needed basis.
