- Establish clear objectives and identify critical success factors for effective solution adoption.
End-user interviews:
- Conduct structured interviews with end-users to assess the familiarity of solution.
- Review the effectiveness of optimized business processes and workflows.
- Identify and document any gaps or potential challenges based on user feedback.
- Brainstorm potential resolutions to address identified gaps and gather user feedback.
Outcome review workshop:
- Propose and review the recommended future roadmap to address identified gaps in the implemented solution based on AVEVA’s best practices.
- Propose and review the high-level execution plan that outlines the proposed recommendations to the existing solution.
Engagement deliverables
Optimized change management report:
This report will detail the recommended change management strategy and outline the current user adoption progress, a summary of identified gaps and recommended action items to address them, and potential areas for process improvements.
