- Review application security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Assess the solution’s scalability readiness to meet projected future workloads
- Verify that the as-built system configurations follow the as-designed architecture as well as AVEVA’s best practices and recommendations.
- Identify any misconfigurations that could compromise performance or security and discuss potential mitigation measures.
- Evaluate the system's compatibility with future technologies and industry standards.
- Data quality and maturity assessment:
- Assess the accuracy and completeness of data within the system.
- Verify data consistency and integrity across different data sources.
- Discuss maturity status and potential areas for improvement.
Engagement deliverables
Solution audit report:
A comprehensive report detailing the findings of the audit, including a system health status summary, solution configuration review summary, and specific recommendations to address identified issues.
