UI/UX assessment/review workshop:
- Gather the customer’s user interface requirements.
- Review available documentation and the existing user interface/s of the existing solution.
- Evaluate the current user interface, including design layout, color scheme, typography, and visual consistency, identify any potential gaps, pain points or usability issues that may have limited the business values provided by the existing solution and user productivity.
- Conduct user interviews to gather user feedback.
- Conduct usability tests to identify existing usability issues.
Design review workshop:
- Based on the flexibility and functionality of the existing deployed solution as well as the review findings, propose design changes using wireframes and prototypes to visualize the new user interface and user experience.
- Discuss proposed changes and recommendations with the customer’s stakeholders, review feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Engagement deliverables
UI/UX assessment report:
This detailed report will include a summary of the UI/UX assessment findings and recommendations. This report will include pain points and identified usability issues as well as recommendations for future improvement.
