- Review existing business processes, workflows, and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Based on user feedback, identify additional use cases that could further maximize the value of the existing solution based on the existing and new product functionalities.
- Propose enhancements or features that align with the customer’s digital transformation initiatives.
Future alignment workshop:
- Collaborate with the solution owner and stakeholders to align on future strategies for leveraging the solution to its fullest potential.
- Present and discuss findings as well as recommended action items to increase value realization.
Engagement deliverables
Solution value realization report:
This comprehensive report will include an assessment of the solution's current alignment with objectives, areas for improvement, and a set of recommendations to help achieve greater value from the solution. It will also include potential new use cases and enhancements identified to optimize solution usage and investment returns.
