Delivered by experts, standard courses can be taught or classes modified to suit your requirements. Discussions can be adjusted, with topics covered and the course length to reflect specific training needs and the way your company is using the software.

What does tuition cover?
Tuition includes instruction, course materials* and meals. Students are responsible for transportation, lodging and all other related expenses.
* All Training materials are copyrighted by AVEVA and cannot be duplicated, reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission by AVEVA.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a student cancels registration in a class, tuition fees are refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Training at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of class. Those failing to give at least two (2) business days' notice will be liable for the full tuition.

What happens if the class is full and unavailable?
Please register for the next available class. If any cancellations are received for classes that are full, we will contacts students in the subsequent classes to see if they would like to move up their registration.
When are classes scheduled and when do they start and end each day?
Classes generally start at 9:00 am each day and end by 4:00 pm. Check the specific course confirmation for exact times. An hour break is taken for lunch and there are both morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Do you offer on-site training and customised training courses?
Yes, we offer on-site customer training programs at or nearby your organisation's facility. Onsite training allows us to customise the training contents, discussions, and time frames to meet the specific needs of your company. Training materials are standard.
Do I need to bring my laptop?
Yes, for all locations - Seville, Singapore and Lake Forest
How do I register and pay for a scheduled class?
Registration for training is completed via the "Register Now" link above.
Payment for classes can be made through a valid Purchase Order. During the registration process, type the purchase order number in the 'Customer Purchase Order' box. If you don't have the PO number available, just type 'PO' in the box. The purchase order must be received before you attend the course.
