OEE Model for Canning Craft Beer

Deschutes Brewery has been packaging iconic craft ales in Bend, Oregon since 1997. Recent integration of an automated canning line presented a challenge to combine data from disparate systems. Utilization of PI Asset Framework along with PI Event Frames and BI tools has allowed the development of a comprehensive OEE model with the visibility of specific downtime events.
