Production scheduling in metals refinery with the PI System integrated with SCADA
Metso Outetec provides technology and services for mining, aggregates, recycling and metal refining industries, delivering plant projects that it first designs and then executes itself or in collaboration with its partners. The scope of the project covers the optimization of production and maintenance scheduling with control of fully automated tank-house machinery, including production reporting with genealogy tracking. The enabling solution uses a templatized PI System approach with seamless integration with SCADA for two-way communication.

Prior to my current role I have been for example leading our OSIsoft PI practice.
