Kim Robinson (Lovejoy) has been a member of the AVEVA family for over 16 years. Currently a Senior Manager in the Customer Success Support organization, where she is the Global Practice leader for our Advance Support Team (formally known as Technical Account Managers). The Advanced Support Team (AST) is a dedicated team of senior product experts available to help accelerate the time to resolve support issues and to supplement standard case resolution methods and escalation paths. Our AVEVA support teams have a passion for making sure our Customers come FIRST.

Stefanie Ordoveza came to AVEVA from OSIsoft, previously serving as the Director of Global Events, handling various engagements with customers and partners, including PI World and Users Conferences. She now manages all Tier I events for AVEVA, ranging from global conferences to executive summits, and looks forward to connecting the AVEVA community through memorable experiences!
