Operationalizing advanced industrial data projects: From PoC to Practice - Mondi AG
This talk discusses some of the challenges we have seen, transferring a successful pilot to an industrialized solution. A successful ML initiative to further improve quality control leveraging operational data via the PI system has been presented earlier. We put a lot of emphasis on operationalizing the solution early on and in fact made sure to include those aspects in the pilot. Based on the success of this pilot project Mondi RL quickly decided to roll it out across several machines at multiple sites. In addition, this pilot project inspired further ideas to support our drive for continuous improvements. Following topics will be covered: a.
