Challenges, opportunities and best practices in 'Digital LNG'
The opportunities to leverage digital technologies in the industrial domain including LNG continues to expand. This presentation will discuss how Cameron LNG is using a portfolio of AVEVA products including the PI System and Mobil Operator to address operational challenges and capture opportunities to accomplish stated business objectives. The presentation will overview Cameron LNG's use of digital technologies in support of strategic themes including 1) pervasive, secure mobile data access in the field and 2) the use of low cost use of wireless sensers and connectivity enabled by a low cost, secure wireless field infrastructure. Several use cases will be presented that illustrate the use of digital technologies to capture digital value drivers and strategic themes.
