I’ve been with Pacific Gas & Electric for nearly 14 years, spending the last 12 building and maintaining our PI infrastructure which plays a key role in delivering operational data services for our users. In my role, I provide technical support, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the ongoing design and deployment of our PI-based solutions. More recently, my work has shifted toward developing tools and workflows to enhance system monitoring and maintenance, with the goal of fostering a more proactive approach to operation and management. This allows us to address potential issues before they impact users, ensuring greater stability and performance. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring the world with my family.
