Classroom Training
Traditional classroom training that includes a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on labs to practice concepts, functionality, and procedures.
Virtual Training
Can’t attend a class in person? You can attend right from your desktop via our internet-based virtual classroom. This format provides the benefit of a live instructor, hands-on exercises on a virtual computer, the ability to see demonstrations and ask questions in real-time, and the ability to interact with other students virtually from a convenient location without travel time or costs.
eLearning
Recorded lectures and software demonstrations. Material is presented with instructor-shared applications, audio and presentation slides. eLearning can be completed at the student’s own pace with the ability to pause, rewind, and re-watch courses during the viewing period.

What does tuition cover?
Tuition for Instructor-led classes in Lake Forest includes instruction, course materials*, computer time, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks. Other meals, transportation, lodging and all other expenses are the responsibility of the student.
Tuition for Virtual instructor-led classes includes instruction, course materials* and computer time.
Tuition for eLearning covers repeatable viewing of the eLearning from time of purchase.
*All Wonderware Training materials are copyrighted by AVEVA or its suppliers and cannot be duplicated, reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission by AVEVA.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a student cancels registration in a Wonderware face-to-face or Virtual instructor-led class, tuition charges are refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Wonderware Training at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of class. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the first day of class but more than two (2) business days prior to the first day of class a service charge of 50 percent of the tuition will be assessed. Those failing to give at least two (2) business days’ notice will be liable for the full tuition.
eLearning tuition charge refund is only valid until the user receives access to the course.
AVEVA reserves the right to cancel any training class upon 14 days prior notice. If AVEVA elects to cancel any training class for which the customer has prepaid the training class fee, then AVEVA’s sole obligation to customer is to refund such pre-paid training class fee. Customer agrees that his or her sole remedy in the event AVEVA elects to cancel a training class is to receive a refund of the pre-paid training class fee.
How do I register and pay for a scheduled class?
Registration for Wonderware classes is completed via the “Register Now” link in the training registration site.
Payment for classes can be made by credit card at time of registration, through your local distributor, or through the agent acting as the local distributor. For more information, contact the distributor nearest you or Wonderware Training.
When are classes scheduled and when do they start and end each day?
Face-to-face and Virtual Instructor-led classes generally run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). Check the specific course confirmation for exact times.
Do you offer onsite training?
Yes, we offer onsite customer training programs at or nearby your organization's facility. Onsite training allows us to customize the training discussions and time frames to meet the specific needs of your company.
Wonderware provides the training materials and a virtual environment with all necessary software to conduct the training class. The customer will supply the classroom and student computers to access the virtual environment. What is the attire when attending a course?
