Tagging is absolutely critical to the success of this new content management system:

  • They are used in dynamic cards to generate results
  • They are used in dropdown filters on the Perspectives, Events, and Press Releases Listing pages
  • They are used in facets on the Product Finder and Global Search pages
  • They are used for metrics tracking
  • They are used for setting conditions in Adobe Target

Ideally, tags would be streamlined across AEM, Analytics, Target, and Wrike (as well as Hubspot and Saleforce) for consistency in how they are applied and reported against.
