Column Control

Column Control is placed within Background Container.

It is a foundational component that is used for almost every other component.

Exceptions where Column Control is not needed:

• In full-width components:Announcement, Hero Banner
• In template-specific components: Product Finder V1, Product Finder V2 and Search components - still need to confirm these components

Select the applicable number of columns for the layout needed. (examples below are not exhaustive of all options available)

Check "Is Container?" to create the standardized margin around the outer edges of the page. (If not checked, content will run flush left to flush right within Background Container.)

The column(s) will inherit the background color that is defined within the Background Container.
